Enrollment for Fall 2025-26 Clubs will begin Tuesday, September 2nd at 7:00p and end on Friday, September 5th, at 7:00p.
New to Monon Trail Elementary or need a reminder of how Monon Trail Elementary Clubs are
operated? Below are the FAQs that will help answer some common questions for MTES
Parents and Students.
Club Times:
Clubs will start at 2:30p and end at 3:30p for students.
Student pick-up is 3:30-3:45p for all students.
Dates:
Clubs are a six week commitment. The following dates highlight each club's
meeting dates.
● Monday - 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/27
● Tuesday - 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/28
● Wednesday - 9/17, 9/24*, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/29
9/24: Host will select different date due to Asynchronous eLearning Day
● Thursday - 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/30
● Friday - 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/31
Information about Fall club offerings will be sent out via Talking Points.
Additional information will be sent home with your student.
Cost:
MTES Clubs are tiered, similar to most WWS after school clubs. Clubs are
$20.00, $35.00, and/or $50.00 for the six week experience.
Enrollment:
All MTES Fall Clubs enrollments are completed through this Monon Trail PTO
website. MTES Parents and students must be registered within
MTES PTO Portal prior to signing up!
Students can sign up for multiple clubs as long as the clubs are not
hosted on the same day.
Financial Aid:
Upon checkout, enter your financial aid promo code given to you via email.
This code is only valid once, per approved student.
FAQs:
- MTES Clubs refunds are only eligible, 48 hours after your purchase. If you need immediate support please contact Mr. Coleman, colemant@wws.k12.in.us.
- Students are allowed to bring snacks as long as they follow the WWS snack guidelines.
- Dismissal changes: please follow the standard MTES dismissal change process.
